 The principles at Revenue Mediation are Texas Supreme court-approved and registered Mediators. We use mediation to resolve financial disputes. This avoids the high cost of litigation, and the emotional toll that results from litigation. We are an impartial and neutral third party committed to help the parties resolve the dispute. We confidentially facilitate an agreement between parties.

What are the qualifications of Revenue Mediators?

Revenue mediators must participate in a rigorous 40-hour mediation skills training and pass a series of performance-based simulations before they are able to mediate. Additionally, they hold either Bachelors or Masters Degrees in Business, and or Professional credentials in Real Estate and or insurance.

Independent Insurance Adjusting

We also staff Texas Licensed Independent All Lines Insurance Adjusters.  These staffers work with many insurance carriers across the nation. Their specialties are major storm losses, smaller wind/hail storm claims, typical day claims and even administrative functions like File Reviewing. Each of them are certified on the industry-leading Xactimate training.
